New renovations brings this classic bungalow into the modern age. There are granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, microwave, a fully stocked kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, stylish new floors throughout and decorator grade tile in updated bathrooms. Comfortable beds and linens. Smart TV in the living room and master bedroom with basic cable. WiFi access. Relax on the front porch. A charcoal grill, outdoor eating and lounge area are highlights of the back yard. No smoking on premises including front porch. Sorry, strictly no pets of any kind due to owner’s allergies. Note: twin BR has a trundle bed as 3rd bed.

There is 1 TV in the living room and 1 TV in the bedroom with a King bed. The other two bedrooms do not have TVs.

We have an exterior camera for safety. Please read about the neighborhood in the listing. While this part of town is going through redevelopment phase, we have had great experiences for our guests. No issues at all. We want to make sure you understand this aspect of the property.

Guests will have the entire place to themselves. Driveway access is included. We do not have a garage but you may use additional parking behind the fence. We own the property next door and the homes are fenced in together. Our property next door is also a rental. Sometimes guests rent them out together. If this is not the case please be mindful and respectful of the other guests in the adjoining property.

Check-in is available from **2:00 PM to 8:00 PM**. **Strictly no nighttime check-ins.** If you miss the 8:00 PM check-in time, you will need to return at **9:00 AM the next morning**. We do not accommodate late arrivals under any circumstance, so please plan your arrival accordingly.

Guests staying on Sunday nights are asked to take the green trash bin and the blue recycling bin to the curb for pick-up on Monday morning. To confirm you read the entire listing, include the words “Mercedes-Benz Stadium” in your booking. (That is the booking phrase)
