This place is adorable! Located on the second floor with no neighbors above, you'll love the thoughtful finishes and full kitchen. The first bedroom has a desk and a Queen bed. The second bedroom has a King bed.

The location is unbeatable, as it is on Oxford Road right across from campus. You'll have access to 2 reserved parking spaces as well as the Emory Shuttle system.

The living room has a sofa and a TV and is open concept with the kitchen. The bathroom is connected to the main living area so both bedrooms have equal access. There is a small dining area behind the sofa with two chairs.

All rooms have at least one window.

Guests will be able to walk 500 feet to Emory Villiage, home to Cava, Chipoltle, Panera, and many other places to eat. There is also a CVS there and a small grocery story called Savi. The nearest full grocery store is Kroger and is 1.3 miles away.

Guests have access to the Emory Shuttle system. The Emory Shuttle (Toco Hill) goes to this grocery store from Campus.

This listing does not have any outdoor seating. There are plenty of places to walk and sit outside nearby, such as on-campus or at Emory Village.

Self check-in (with staff standing by) is available from 4pm to 10pm daily. If you come after 10pm and have trouble with access, the team will be available to assist the next morning. Arrival before 10pm is preferred!

Early check in and late check out may be arranged for a fee depending on availability. Please inquire if interested.

After booking your stay, you will add guests in your travel group to the reservation. They will be able to join the Airbnb message thread. We only give out check-in instructions via Airbnb messages, so make sure your group is included on the reservation. Your travel group will also receive access to the Wi-Fi password and the property address.

The 2 off-street reserved parking spots are available for you. Parking for a third car is available on the street but may be tricky due to timed parking rules. We are directly across the street from Emory University so you will see and hear traffic driving by. It's an active area!

Smoking of any substance inside is NOT allowed. We do not allow smoking cigarettes or marijuana on the property at anytime as the smell will bother the neighbors. The smoking fine is $250.

This listing does not have any outdoor seating. The inside is comfortable for hanging out. You can also easily go for a walk, even at night, around the Emory University campus.

Steps are required to enter the home. Once inside, it is all one level. The bathtub does require that you step up and into (no zero entry shower).
