This three-bedroom, three-bathroom home has plenty of room for everyone to spread out! The backyard is fully-fenced and has a deck with seating area. The dining room is huge and offers an extra large dining table. The oversized couch in the living room will be begging you not to leave the house!

The living room has an oversized couch and large TV. The dining room has a large dining room table.

The kitchen is complete and available for you too cook meals. The drip coffee maker is available for you to use - just bring your own coffee grounds!

The laundry area is in the kitchen. Make sure to bring your own laundry detergent.

We provide a starting amount of toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponges, and cleaning supplies.

Guests have access to the entire home, just not the locked owner storage.

Guests have access to the backyard, but please, no smoking.

Check-out is at 11:00am ET or earlier. There will be some check-out procedures such as collecting trash, throwing out open food, and packing all personal belongings.

Early check in and late check out may be arranged for a fee depending on availability. Please inquire if interested.

We do not have a short-term rental permit and therefore, stays must be 30+ nights.

The driveway can easily park two cars. A third car will park on the street. This is a quiet neighborhood with not a lot of cut-through traffic.

Smoking of any substance inside is NOT allowed. We do not allow smoking cigarettes or marijuana on the property at anytime as the smell will bother the neighbors.

The backyard is fully fenced and can be accessed both through the house and through a gate at the driveway. Grass mowing is by request. Just let us know when you need the grass mowed.

Steps are required to enter the home. Once inside, it is all one level.

After booking your stay, you will add guests in your travel group to the reservation. They will be able to join the Airbnb message thread. We only give out check-in instructions via Airbnb messages, so make sure your group is included on the reservation. Your travel group will also receive access to the Wi-Fi password and the property address.
