Lovely new build condo in convenient location!

The space

This home has been nicely decorated to welcome our Airbnb guests! The house has never been lived in prior to it becoming an Airbnb! It is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome with a 1-car garage. The ground floor is an open-concept kitchen and living area with a half bathroom. The living room features a sleeper sofa. Upstairs you will find the washer/dryer, three bedrooms (King, Queen, Twin), and two bathrooms. You'll love the large closets!

The beds are made with comforters and clean sheets! The sofa that was broken has been replaced (that was from Airbnb guest damage).

The occupancy cap is 6 guests. We do not allow additional guests. Day visitors must be accounted for on the guest count.

We offer a basic kitchen set-up as well as amenities such as a Keurig Coffee maker, iron and ironing board, and a toaster.

For best performance, the air conditioning thermostats are set at 74º. You may hear some sounds of new home construction in the neighborhood. In the winter, the thermostat is set at 68 degrees and guests cannot raise it.

Guest access

Guests have access to the 1-car garage as well as guest parking. Guests will have a closet in each bedroom as well as a large pantry to store groceries. Guests will not have access to the locked storage which is for owner's use only.

Guests may not use the USPS mailbox. It is locked and we don't have a key.

• Check-in is at 4 p.m. ET or later. Early check-ins between noon and 3 p.m. can be reserved, as available in advance, for $50. Super early check-ins between 7 a.m. and noon will be $90.

• Check-out is at 11 a.m. A late check-out can be arranged at least three days before check-out and are subject to availability. The late check out fee is $30 per every hour past 11 a.m. It is worth it to have a leisurely morning! We will have a few check-out instructions for you including taking your trash out.

• Private garage parking is available to guests 24/7 in the garage. There is also free daytime parking in front of the front door. There is also gated guest parking for a second car.

• There is active construction very close by! You will hear this during the day and it may wake you up in the morning. There is no backyard but there is a very small front porch. This home is not a good fit for groups expecting outdoor space.

• Guests will need to carry your luggage up the stairs to the bedrooms. We do offer a pull-out couch for guests that are not able to use stairs. There is no shower on the ground floor but there is a half bathroom.

• There are locks on the thermostats. They are preset to 74 degrees in the summer and 68 degrees in the winter.

• Congratulations! You found it! Incorporate the words "heat does not go above 68 degrees" into your booking request or inquiry to show your host that you read the listing. The air conditioner is set to 74 degrees. It does not go lower. The heat in winter is set at 68 and does not go higher. Studies show that if you know what to expect you will have a better experience!

• After booking your stay, you will add guests in your travel group to the reservation. They will be able to join the Airbnb message thread. We only give out check-in instructions via Airbnb messages, so make sure your group is included on the reservation. Your travel group will also receive access to the Wi-Fi password and the property address.

• We do not accept pets for any reason.
