This place is fabulous! Ground floor, one-bedroom apartment in a new-build townhome. Fenced yard with turf just for your pups! Ground floor patio table with two chairs.

Looking at the photos, this is the ground floor unit. The entire apartment is on the ground floor (not a basement).

Guests have access to the entire one-bedroom apartment, one parking space right outside the unit, and an amazing fenced-in doggie play yard that is shared with the owner. From time to time, you may see the owner and their pup in the yard, either playing or going for a walk.

Guests do not have access to the garage or the second-floor unit. The Airbnb guest will hear the residents above from time to time.

Guests do not have access to our kitchen closet labeled Private.

Guests have access to super fast wifi! 420 mbps. Please inform us if you are a heavy internet usage such as 24/7 video gaming, data processing, or uploading movies and digital arts. (Email, Zoom, and watching Netflix and Hulu won't be excessive.)

Accessibility details:

- The front entrance to the unit has a few steps.

- The bathroom is a standard size. It is a bathtub with a fixed showerhead.

- The entire unit is all level with hard floors. The living room and bedroom have a rug.

The owner lives on-site in case of emergency. Your host lives near-by and will handle all the communication and making sure the unit is ready for check-in.

If you are willing and able, please take the green trash can that is outside your door up to the street on Thursday nights.

There will be dog hair! We love pups and most of our guests have one!

We offer discounts that are baked in to the price the quote you see. We offer discounts for stays of at least 7 nights, 14 nights, and 28 nights.

A former industrial area, the Old Fourth Ward is trendy hub attracting foodies and shoppers. Hip eateries and indie fashion stores fill Ponce City Market (2 blocks from unit), in the vast 1920s Sears, Roebuck & Co. building, while Irwin Street Market (walking distance) is a cozier spot offering artisan foods. The Atlanta BeltLine’s Eastside Trail is a converted railway line for walking and cycling (2 blocks from unit). Nearby, Historic Fourth Ward Park has a skatepark park.

Parking is available off-street for one and only one car.

After booking your stay, you will add guests in your travel group to the reservation. They will be able to join the Airbnb message thread. We only give out check-in instructions via Airbnb messages, so make sure your group is included on the reservation. Your travel group will also receive access to the Wi-Fi password and the property address.

You may hear footsteps or our dog upstairs. It is a new, well-built home but is not totally sound proof.

Washer dryer is available in-unit.

This is the urban in-town neighborhood of Old Fourth Ward. It is a diverse place in terms of race, socioeconomic backgrounds, sexual orientation, and home types. We welcome all.

We welcome pets! Tell me some details about your pet like weight, age, and breed. Add your pets to the reservation as guests and then you will have the pet fee added to your reservation.

We require a deposit for the plumbing system. Wipes, diapers, wash clothes, bobby pins, and anything else that is not toilet paper WILL CLOG the toilet. $250 required to be held as a refundable deposit.

Ponce City Market is a great place for shopping, entertainment, and eating. I can make lots of recommendations!

Bring your own laundry detergent.

You are welcome to enjoy any coffee, creamer, salt, pepper, oil, or other consumables that you see in the apartment. These items are bonus items and are not guaranteed amenities. You will want to go shopping to purchase groceries that you need for your stay. Do not take these items with you - they are for guests to enjoy while they are in the home. Always throw away open food items when you leave such as leftovers and open milk.

Shampoo, body wash or bar soap, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent are all guaranteed amenities that will be present upon your arrival.

Two bath towels, one hand towel, and two wash cloths are provided for each reservation for use during your stay. Leave them in the apartment at checkout. Sheets are provided as well. If the sheets are stained during your stay, you will be expected to replace the sheets set.
