Spacious Summerhill Carriage House - Small Pet OK!

This bright and comfortable newly built carriage house awaits your arrival. All the comforts of home for you and your pet.

Our carriage house has its own seperate entrance and is competly private from the main home. You do need to go up a flight of stairs to get to the apartment. We've decorated the bright, sunfilled apartment with our guests comfort in mind! You'll enjoy having a full kitchenete equiped with a large toaster oven, 2 burner plug in cooktop, microwave, sink, dishwasher and fridge. We provide a keurig and K-cups for your morning coffee.

The bedroom has a comfy queen size bed and there is an additional pull out sofa in the living room for a third guest if needed. The living room has a smart TV where you can log into your favorite streaming apps.

The brand new bathroom has a walk in shower and there is also a washer and dryer in the unit!

The garage is not for guest use. It is locked and not accessible to Airbnb guests. Park on the driveway in your designated spot.

Guests have full access to the carriage house except for the supply closet.

* Please note-- The kitchenette does not have a built-in stovetop or full-size oven. It does include a toaster oven and microwave. We also provide a plug-in cooktop, which can be found near the cabinet.

* We welcome you to bring one small (up to 20lb) pet with you for your stay. Your pet must be added to the reservation and a small pet cleaning fee will be applied.

* No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home.

* Please make sure you have the accurate guest count on your reservation and let us know 24 hours before check-in if you plan to use the sofa bed.

* Stays over 60 days require a mid-stay cleaning around day 30. This is an extra fee of $75 that we will collect after your booking is made. We will reach out to you to schedule the cleaning on a day that works best for you.
