The space

This home is a perfect get away for a group of friends, families, or colleagues. The open floor plan is wonderful for socializing, cooking, and eating together. The home features G o o g l e Fiber the fastest internet available!

Rest on the high end beds, protected by the premium hypoallergenic mattress and pillow encasings to ensure good night sleep. Sip a cup of morning coffee on the porch and catch up on old times sitting around the stone fire pit in the evening. Cook the family heirloom recipes or the perfect brownie in the upscale kitchen or bake at the outdoor wood-fired pizza oven! Firewood is available for purchase at Ace Hardware or Home Depot.

We do not allow smoking or vaping inside, on the porch, or anywhere in the backyard. If our neighbors alert us of guests smoking outside, we will end the reservation immediately without refund. Lost revenue for cancelled future stays and replacement cost of rugs and curtains will be charged.

Guest access

We do not have a driveway. There is free street parking in front of the house. The house is up on a hill so there are a lot of steps that you will need to walk up.

This home is not accessible for some guests due to a long staircase from the street. You will need to carry your luggage up 3 sets of stairs from the street.

Other things to note

• The third bedroom has curtains and does not have a door. Please see the photos. It is the bedroom right off of the kitchen.

• We may be able to take up to 2 non-shedding well-behaved adult dogs or cats that are house trained for a fee. Please confirm your pets meet our criteria before booking.

• The person booking must be over 25

• After booking your stay, you will add guests in your travel group to the reservation. They will be able to join the Airbnb message thread. We only give out check-in instructions via Airbnb messages, so make sure your group is included on the reservation. Your travel group will also receive access to the Wi-Fi password and the property address.

• This listing is for overnight stays of up to 8 adult guests. Please enter the total guest count including children and pets. Any person beyond booked guests arriving anytime will be treated as an event rental add-on that the guest agrees to pay.

EVENTS: We offer lodging guests a special hourly rate. Minimum 4 hours to have an event.

FILMING: We offer lodging guests a flat fee per day and we will point you to a filming platform to book after booking the overnight stay.

• Atlanta noise ordinance requires noise outside to be kept to a minimum after 10pm on weekdays and after 11pm on weekends. Violators will result in the termination without refund and are responsible for fines issued by government authorities. Please respect the neighbors.

• Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Wipes and other products, even the "flushable" kind, must be placed in the trash can provided. Plumbing costs may be charged if foreign objects are detected.

• Check-in is at 4 pm or later. Early check-ins after 1 pm or super early check-ins before 1 pm can be reserved, as available in advance for a fee.

• Check-out is at 11 am. A late check-out can be arranged at least 3 days before check-out and are subject to availability. The late check out fee will be charged for every hour past 11 am.
