A beautiful one-bedroom home in conveniently located West Midtown, Atlanta. This home has a high-end kitchen with brand new stainless appliances, large HDTV with Netflix, and a bedroom with a king-sized bed. This listing is for the side unit of a duplex. If you need more space, you can book the entire duplex.

You are just 0.6 miles to Urban Tree Cidery, 1.0 mile to Monday Night Brewing, 1.7 miles to Second Self Brewing, and 5.0 miles to Sweetwater Brewing.

The space

This listing is for the 1-bedroom / 1-bathroom unit of our charming duplex. You will park on the street and walk up the side path, up three stairs to a small porch, and then enter the unit. The outside is simple as we focused our renovation efforts on the inside so that you could have an amazing experience!

This is a tiny home layout but plenty of space for two people! Think of it as a hotel suite style layout! You have a living room, high-top dining table for two, a full kitchen, and a lovely bedroom with King bed. The bathroom is very nice and has a tall shower.

The place has been extremely popular for solo travelers for an extended stay.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the side unit of our home, which includes one large bedroom with a king-size bed, one bathroom, a newly renovated kitchen, living space, and washer/dryer.

Guests will NOT have access to the driveway, although there is plenty of street parking available.

Guests that stay 90+ nights do not have to pay occupancy tax. Even if you book for 90 nights, you only pay one month at a time.

Guests may receive Amazon packages, but not USPS mail. We don't have a mailbox or mail service.

Accessibility details:

This unit in the house requires a path with stepping stones and 4 stairs to enter. Once inside, it is a level home. The bathroom features a shower only. The access to the washer/dryer is in a small closet.

Other things to note

-- Free WiFi and a smart TV but bring your own Netflix login.

-- This is a duplex so you will share a wall with other guests. Note that a shared wall is not a good fit for all guests. Consider your noise sensitivity. Please keep the noise down between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

-- Please take the green trash can to the street on Sunday night if you don't mind. Bring the cans back in on Monday afternoon. The cans go on either side of the house.

-- We experience mosquitoes outside from July to October. Keep the doors closed, and you might want to stay inside. There will be bees for one week in early March.

-- After booking your stay, you will add guests in your travel group to the reservation. They will be able to join the Airbnb message thread. We only give out check-in instructions via Airbnb messages, so make sure your group is included on the reservation. Your travel group will also receive access to the Wi-Fi password and the property address.

-- Congratulations, you found it! Incorporate the phrase "Star Provisions" into your booking message. Star Provisions is a local market and cafe that is a 5 minute drive or 5 minute bus ride away.
